Need help with Daymarkr?

Email support@daymarkr.com. Please avoid sending sensitive health information by email unless it is necessary for support.

What to Include

For faster help, include a short description of the issue, the email address on your Daymarkr account if relevant, your device model and iOS version, your Daymarkr app version, steps to reproduce the issue, and screenshots if helpful.

Safety Notice

Daymarkr is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, pharmacy, telehealth, or emergency care. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.

Billing and Subscriptions

Daymarkr subscriptions are managed through Apple In-App Purchase.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your Apple ID.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select Daymarkr.

Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Account and Privacy Requests

You can export your data and delete your account from inside the Daymarkr app.

  1. Open Daymarkr.
  2. Go to You.
  3. Open Privacy & data.
  4. Use Export data or Delete account.

For privacy questions, email support@daymarkr.com. Feedback and roadmap requests submitted through UserJot can also be removed by contacting support if provider-side self-service deletion is unavailable.
